RŌZO 芦苇 has a short and sweet food menu of globally inspired dishes, courtesy of consulting chef Carlos Sotomayor from Blue Plate Consulting.
There’s a traditionally French foie gras torchon with Vietnamese-style plating, hamachi quick cured in coconut-citrus sauce, and a delicious octopus leg with black olive mayo. Those are the staple starters, and they’ve just added some excellent main dishes to share.
The new dishes are hearty, comforting, and rather rustic, all best enjoyed with a glass or two of wine.
Speaking of wine, ask for restaurant manager Matthieu for a recommendation or peruse the wines in the cellar.
The wine enthusiasts behind RŌZO 芦苇 have curated the wine list based on their personal favorites and preferences, a mix of new and old world, traditional and organic wines. If you’re not feeling like wine, they also have some solid house cocktails.
