Expect sophisticated interpretations of regional flavors, served in a contemporary setting. The elegant space features a main dining room for 24 guests, and six private dining rooms for eight to 25 guests. Huaiyang signatures include the Jianghuai-Style Chicken Casserole with Pork Trotters, a dish that is slowly stewed for hours in aged Shaoxing wine for a rich aroma and silky texture.
