Spago Shanghai by Wolfgang Puck

Spago Shanghai delivers celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck's iconic California cuisine a spectacular view of the city's skyline as the backdrop from the 21st floor of The St. Regis on the Bund, Shanghai.

By day, the terrace is a luminous retreat; by night, it transforms into a stage of cinematic glamour with the glittering lights of the Huangpu River and Lujiazui. The menu embodies California cuisine, a style defined by fresh, seasonal ingredients and a fusion of French, Asian, and Italian traditions, executed by Executive Chef Luke Omarzu.

Here, the legendary smoked salmon pizza, a Puck original from 1982, shares the spotlight with signatures like tuna tartare in sesame-miso cones, miso-marinated cod, a classic wienerschnitzel, and dark chocolate soufflé.

Last order: 2pm during lunch hours and 10pm during dinner hours.
