Uncle Beam & His Daughter’s Huge Pizza brings its cult Minhang following downtown with this Huangpu outpost on a quiet stretch of Jumen Lu. The Neapolitan-style pies are made with hand-formed fermented dough, then inspected with precision — overly charred spots get buzzed off with a small electric sander, crusts brushed clean of stray flour. A ¥55 Margherita undercuts most serious Neapolitan spots in town, while the Black Truffle and Porcini Mushroom (¥88) is the standout order. More of a grab-and-go than sit-down spot, servicing delivery. The fuller, family-style experience still belongs to the original Minhang shop.
