The Steak Deal
M7 Wagyu New York Strip Au Poivre
From now until the end of April, get an M7 Wagyu New York Strip Au Poivre (680g) for just ¥488. (Originally priced at ¥1,088.)
It comes with a truffled black peppercorn sauce, and is flambéed table-side with Rémy Martin cognac.
The deal available all day, lunch and dinner.
Strip is a cut that’s prized for it’s beefy flavor, and in the case of this wagyu cut, has perfectly distributed marbling in the muscle.
It’s not the most tender of steaks, but its superior in flavor and is very juicy.
In addition, RYE&CO has specials on Rémy Martin, including a Sidecar (¥88) made with Rémy Martin VSOP, Cointreau, and lemon with a sugar rim. You can also get the cognac neat or on the rocks (¥108/45ml, ¥138/60ml).
Otherwise, there’s also wine. RYE&CO has a number of magnum bottles, starting from ¥900, and wines by the glass from ¥70.
