Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet at Portman’s Restaurant

Easter is almost upon us! Celebrate this festive day with a family-friendly Sunday brunch buffet on April 20 at The Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai.

An international buffet featuring carvery of goose, steak, lamb, and more, alongside fresh seafood on ice. Plus adorable Easter-themed desserts. An Easter Bunny and egg painting for the kids and free-flow for adults.

Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet

On Sunday, April 20, The Portman’s Restaurant will host a brunch buffet to celebrate Easter.

Carvery Station

The buffet highlight is the live carvery station, heaving with roasted goose, slow-roasted beef stripling, porchetta, roasted lamb rack, whole roasted turkey, and chicken shawarma — all carved to order.

Seafood on Ice & Sashimi

In addition, there will be plenty of fresh seafood, including poached tiger prawns, clams, crab, and wine-braised abalone on ice, as well as fresh sashimi and sushi.

A Sunday Feast

The buffet will also have a lush salad bar, both with build-your-own options and ready-to-eat house salads, freshly baked breads, soups, cold cuts and cheese.

In addition, hot dishes feature a global selection including Oysters Rockefeller, wok-fried chili squid, mushroom spaghetti, and Brussels sprouts with crispy bacon.

Easter Themed Desserts

Desserts will be plentiful, featuring Easter-themed sweet treats of carrot cake, as well as bunny and egg-shaped bite-sized desserts. There will be half a dozen cakes to choose from, as well as a chocolate fountain station, ice creams, and fresh fruit.

Family-Friendly! Kids Activities

Entertainment scheduled for the day includes a life-sized Easter bunny, who will be giving out chocolate eggs to all the tiny tots. (Adults may ask nicely if you’d also like chocolate eggs.) In addition, they’ll also set up a small turf area, a kid’s corner with egg painting activities for the kids.
