Founded in 2000, 1001 Nights Restaurant is one of Shanghai's longest-established venues for authentic halal Arab cuisine. The extensive menu features a wide selection of classic Middle Eastern dishes, including hummus, baba ganoush, fattoush salad, grilled meats, roasted lamb, flatbreads, and fluffy rice dishes. The spacious restaurant also has a terrace and is known for its nightly belly dancing performances. Shisha is also available.
