Wine bistro Horse & Cow is compact, wine-first space brought to you by VOS Families (Ottimo and Suzie). It feels like a miniature brasserie, complete with tightly packed tables and a glittering wine display, Dressed in a palate of gold and cream, it’s elegant, feminine and convivial. The food comes from consulting chef Freddy Raoult, the group go-to for all things kitchen related. Think of French-Chinese dishes like spicy cream pastas with seafood, pillowy gnocchi with plump prawns (and chilies), and fried river shrimp as drinking snacks.
