Wine bistro Horse & Cow brings a compact, wine-first space to Xiangyang North Road, brought to you by VOS Families (Ottimo and Suzie). Space-wise it feels like a miniature brasserie, with tightly packed tables and a glittering wine display, elegant and feminine, built on a gold and cream palette. There is outdoor seating as well. The food comes from consulting chef Freddy Raoult, the group go-to for all things kitchen related. It is a small selection of French-Chinese dishes, including spicy cream pastas and fried little shrimp made for drinking snacks.
