Morena by Azul is a Latin American and Mediterranean restaurant by Peruvian restaurateur Eduardo Vargas, one of Shanghai’s most respected chefs. Established in 2003, Azul is one of Shanghai’s longest running expat-led restaurants. Small plates, big brunch, and a youthful take on Latin American cuisine. Think modern brunch dishes from Benedicts to omelet topped croffles to sharable plates of wagyu sandwiches and hearty seafood paella. It’s a warm and welcoming restaurant for all occasions — patrons see couples, families, company execs, and energetic brunch-goers. Brunch served on weekends.
