Canton Disco is a modern Cantonese restaurant at The Shanghai EDITION. It’s a sophisticated space, chic and elegant in design. Canton Disco is led by Culinary Director Eddie Leong, who brings with him 20 years of professional experience from Malaysia, Singapore, and Dubai. The menu features a wide selection of Cantonese classics and modern interpretations ranging from hearty double-boiled soups, barbecued roasts, dim sum, and fresh seafood that’s cooked to order.
