Those who have an affinity for “spare parts” would find Da Chang Mian the pinnacle for braised large intestine noodles (大场面 da chang mian), served with soup or dry. It used to be a hole-in-the-wall, but recently moved to a bigger space (cleaner and with air-conditioning). Of all the braised intestine noodle shops in Shanghai, this is perhaps the most popular, and has plenty of accolades for very clean tasting intestines.
