Founded in 2009, Ding Te Le is a congee and noodle mainstay. It’s a hovel of a restaurant, located down an alley amidst the glitzy branded shops on Huaihai Zhong Lu, slotted in a lot within a housing compound. Order the yellow croaker noodles (the milky version made with fish bones), scallion oil noodles, and fried pork chops. It’s also listed in the Michelin Guide for a Michelin Plate. Open 24 hours.
