The specialty here is the spicy bullfrog noodles (牛蛙面) cooked with bright green chilies and preserved Chinese cabbage. It’s a saucy order with about two to three bullfrogs worth of springy meat. The same bullfrog is also served with rice. Other noodles include braised intestines, fried pork liver, and fried cubed chicken. So many many locations in Shanghai.
