Juniper is a globally inspired restaurant and gin bar along Suzhou Creek, housing Shanghai’s largest gin collection at 450 different labels. Located within a remodeled historic warehouse, the space features a warm dining room with exposed original columns and a sleek bar lined with bottles to the ceiling, complete with a ladder to reach the high shelves. The lounge also hosts regular gin tastings and distilling workshops. The menu punches above its weight with dishes like Argentinian beef skewer, Moro squid, and smoked cauliflower. Wines start from ¥350 per bottle. Opened December 2025.

On good weather days, side doors open to dog-friendly al fresco seating.
