Loushang Hotpot is a popular restaurant for Cantonese-style hotpot and seafood. It’s more upmarket, but it reflects upon the quality of fresh seafood, which are live and on display in tanks, offering up geoduck, conch, king crab, lobster, and fish. They also have beef, meatballs, tofu, and vegetables. Plenty of other non-hotpot dishes as well, from claypot rice (must-order), roasted spiced corn, and fried tofu.
