Madame Ching is a contemporary Asian restaurant and bar in Jing’an, Shanghai, led by self taught chef Derek “Dali” Wong. The menu features Asian style tapas with strong Cantonese influence, blending Western and Asian techniques. The drinks are inspired by the treasures collected by the legendary Cantonese female pirate leader Ching Shih on her journeys across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Macau, and Malaysia.
