​Maolago is a contemporary Guizhou restaurant by the OHA Group, which also runs Pass Residence, OHA Eatery, Restaurant Fu, Bar No. 3, and Dead Poet. They serve Guizhou-style hotpot, utilizing the region’s popular “sours” for the soup bases, and highlight Guizhou-sourced ingredients, including whole river fish. This is their second location.
