Ramen Mitsuyoshi (满吉拉面) is an excellent ramen shop with multiple locations in Shanghai. It has roots in Japan, where their collaborating brands (Ramen Koike and Chuka Soba Nishino) hold Bib Gourmands. This ramen shop specializes in tonkotsu (pork bone broth) but their other locations also have chicken-based soups. The black garlic is my favorite. The Liyuan Road store is their first location.
