The Dining Room, also known as Yue Xuan (悦轩) is a Chinese restaurant that specializes in Jiangnan cuisine. That’s food from Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu. Heading the kitchen is the extremely talented Executive Chef Yang Chao, a self-taught and highly respected chef. Signature dishes include crispy pork cheek, celery with soy sauce and vinegar, stewed Taizhou bean curd, whole baked duck, and steamed air-dried chicken with snow fungus. It’s located on the  87th floor of Park Hyatt Shanghai, Pudong, and boasts impressive views.
