The setting for the occasion is the glamarous Ritz Bar & Lounge, located on the ground floor of the hotel. Bar manager and mixologist Tural Hasanov will be leading the charge behind the bar, shaking up classic cocktails and ensuring that glasses are filled with bubbly.
Speaking of bubbly, they have free-flow—Chandon sparkling wine and house wine for ¥538 per person. Free-flow is from 9:30pm until midnight.
There’s also a group package, which ensures you and your party a table to enjoy the rest of your evening. The group ticket is ¥2,021 for a maximum of four people and includes one bottle of Moët & Chandon, a fruit plate, cold cuts and a cheese board. The free-flow does not secure you a table, but you can double up on a group ticket plus free-flow.
If you just want to revel in the atmosphere, it’s ¥158 for one glass of Chandon sparkling and entry.
Entertainment for the evening includes immersive cabaret performances and a DJ playing vintage and electro swing all night long.
Dressing to fit the theme is advised—be it as a stripe-suited gangster or as a pearl-necklaced movie star. Even if you don’t have a vested suit or a glittery dress, it’s New Year’s Eve, so dress up, not down.
If you get hungry during the evening, there are plenty of snacks from The Ritz Bar & Lounge to choose from including chicken karaage, burgers, wings, gyoza, sushi rolls and more.
