Gelato Dal Cuore’s quality gelato has garnered some serious fandom from gelato addicts, run by Singaporean husband and wife team Gerard and Lisa. They do traditional Italian and Asian flavors, as well as inventive seasonal flavors like the Scallion Noodle and limited specials like Durian Musang King, Kaya Toast, and Kueh Salat. A little pricey, but its good stuff.

They also have coffee and brioche ice cream sandwiches.

Multiple locations in Shanghai. This location is part of the Zhangyuan development, located within one of the lanes. Flagship is on North Shaanxi Road.
