Ri He is a Japanese restaurant that specializes in sukiyaki, notably with A5 wagyu. This isn’t your run of the mill sukiyaki — it’s premium stuff, and it’s excellent. It’s mostly private rooms, though they do have a nice outdoor seating area. It’s located on the ground floor of the Arch Walk mall. You have a dedicated server cooking your meats, served with all the trimmings of egg yolk dip, veggies, and udon. The menu is straightforward: sets with different cuts of marbled meats. Though, menus are only available in Chinese.
