Easter is around the corner! The moveable feast falls on Sunday, April 4. Celebrate it with a bountiful brunch buffet and free-flow bubbly at The Portman Ritz-Carlton.
Celebrations: Easter Sunday Brunch
The Portman-Ritz Carlton will have a brunch buffet spread lined up in the Shen Ballroom for Easter Sunday.
Tables will be heaving with the likes of fresh chilled seafood, smoked salmon, cold cuts, cheese, sushi and sashimi, and a plethora of salads. In addition, there will be hot dishes from both Chinese and Western cuisines.
The main event, as always, is the carving station, featuring Peking Duck, slow-roasted prime rib, whole leg of lamb, crispy German pork knuckle and torched salmon.
The dessert aisle will follow Sunday’s theme—Easter eggs to be found alongside cakes and pastries.
It will also be kid-friendly, with plenty of space for playtime and activities for children, including an Easter egg hunt, egg painting, cupcake making and face painting. There will also be a live band, and complimentary photography and printed photos.
