Easter Sunday Brunch at Portman’s Restaurant
On Sunday, March 31, Portman’s Restaurant will be preparing a festive brunch buffet for Easter. Highlights of the buffet see chilled seafood on ice, including poached shrimp, steamed crab, marinated green mussels, white clams, and jade whelk. In addition, there will be fresh sushi and sashimi, ranging from sliced salmon to yellowtail.
Live carving stations, a perennial favorite of brunch at Portman’s Restaurant, will be heaving with meats of roasted duck, pork char siew, slow-roasted prime rib with red wine reduction, slow-roasted beef striploin, whole legs of lamb, roasted turkey, harissa-roasted ocean trout, and chicken shawarma.
There will also be a risotto station, serving an assorted mushroom risotto with black truffle in a pecorino cheese wheel.
Buffet staples such as the salad bar, cold cuts and cheese, hot and cold Chinese and Western dishes, and freshly baked breads will also be well supplied.
As for dessert, the pastry selection features Easter-themed desserts of carrot cake, chocolate mascarpone cream in an egg-like shell, and an assortment of delectable treats from cakes to tarts to ice cream.
The hotel will also organize Ritz Kids activities for the little ones, including egg hunting and face painting, and will be inviting a clown for entertainment.
