Festive Afternoon Tea at The Ritz Bar & Lounge
Pastry Chef King Shang has curated a beautiful afternoon tea set for two featuring sweet and savory bites with coffee or tea.
On the savory side, it’s yam mousseline with green apple, foie gras terrine with peach jelly, and a golden salmon log mousse.
For sweets, there’s a strawberry Santa hat, vanilla cream candle, durian log cake, raspberry white chocolate mushrooms, and white chocolate avocado cake. The set also comes with candied fruit scones, served with green grape Chantilly cream and housemade jams.
The festive afternoon tea set for two is ¥488, which includes two cups of coffee or tea, or upgrade for two glasses of Chandon for ¥588. Available at The Ritz Bar & Lounge daily from 2:30pm to 5:30pm until January 1, 2023.
