Azabuya is a Japanese cafe and ice creamery that’s all about matcha! It’s possibly the best matcha ice cream in Shanghai. They have multiple intensities of matcha ice cream, ranging from 1 to 5. Level 1 is good, Level 3 is amazing, Level 5 is good for a taster. Other flavors include cookies & cream, hojicha, black sesame, yuzu, dark chocolate, raspberry, lychee sea salt, soy sauce, vanilla macadamia nut, etc.
