Azabuya is a Japanese cafe and ice creamery that’s all about matcha! It’s possibly the best matcha ice cream in Shanghai. They have multiple intensities of matcha ice cream, ranging from 1 to 5. Level 1 is good, Level 3 is amazing, Level 5 is good for a taster. Other flavors include cookies & cream, hojicha, black sesame, yuzu, dark chocolate, raspberry, lychee sea salt, soy sauce, vanilla macadamia nut, etc. The flagship location on Wulumuqi Road also does galettes and crepes, as well as cakes. Multiple locations in Shanghai.
