Hikiniku To Come is a Tokyo-born Japanese hamburger steak restaurant on Donghu Lu in Xuhui district, Shanghai, located in FUFU complex. The brand specializes in charcoal-grilled patties made from freshly ground Australian wagyu beef shank, each weighing 90 grams. Set meals include two or three patties, miso soup, a raw egg, and free-flow rice. Diners can customize with six sauces, including salted lemon chili and Xinjiang spice mix. They are notorious for their long queues, a system that releases numbers 30 minutes before seating at 11am and 5pm.
