Turkey To-Go & Thanksgiving Buffet at Portman's Restaurant

The festive season is upon us! Like clockwork, it all begins with Thanksgiving.

Portman's Restaurant at The Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai is back with its annual Thanksgiving dinner buffet along with turkey to-go and other festive meals for home.

Thanksgiving Dinner

The annual Thanksgiving dinner buffet will be held on Thursday, November 26 at Portman's Restaurant.

The carvery spotlight is roasted turkey, which comes with traditional trimmings of sage and onion stuffing, red wine sauce, cranberry sauce, bread sauce, and sides of roasted baby potatoes and carrots.

In addition, there will be honey mustard baked ham, truffle roast duck, bone-in prime ribeye, roasted lamb rack, and Hong Kong-style pork belly.

As usual, the **chilled seafood bar **will be stocked with fresh blue crab, cooked prawns, scallops, jade whelk, and clams.

Other buffet offerings include a salad bar, cheese and cold cuts, made-to-order tempura, Western and Chinese hot and cold dishes, dim sum, and freshly baked bread.

For dessert, expect seasonal pumpkin-themed canapés and cakes ranging from traditional pumpkin pie to pistachio pumpkin cake.

The buffet includes unlimited selected non-alcoholic beverages. Champagne and sparkling wine free-flow packages are also available.

For entertainment, there will be pumpkin-painting activities for kids. A DJ will fuel the vibe, playing three sets from 6pm to 8:45pm.

The buffet (and free-flow) is from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. Guests are advised to make a reservation before 8pm to ensure ample dining time.
