Executive Chef Xian Chia and his culinary team have prepared an extensive spread for the occasion, featuring not only the season’s most sought-after roasts but also an international selection of dishes.

Highlights on the Thanksgiving buffet include the whole-roasted turkey, roasted porchetta, and prime bone-in rib-eye steak. Seasonal side dishes include Brussels sprouts, garden vegetables, apple and onion stuffing, assorted mushrooms, and baked baby Cajun potatoes.
