One last pop-up… For this year at least!

I’m doing Malaysian food again, this time at Liquid Laundry on Wednesday, November 11.

If you missed the last pop-up and couldn’t get your hands on the Percik Chicken and Beef Rendang, I’ll be serving those again. Plus, I’ll be bringing back the Nasi Lemak and Belacan Fried Chicken from the Tomatito pop-up and the Eggplant Curry from Perch.

Also on the menu will be a Pork Belly Pizza, the pizza that started it all. I answered the call to join in a motley crew of chefs, editors, and F&B industry friends at Liquid Laundry’s last anniversary in June to create ‘zas for the party. One pizza, three pop-ups and a food festival later, I’m back to where it all began.

Pork Belly Pizza – I’m taking that crispy pork belly and putting it on a pizza. Pork Belly, Whole Grain Mustard, Anchovy Chili Crisp Red Sauce, Mozzarella. Whole pizzas only. (Limited portions!)

Percik Chicken – Grilled chicken thighs that have been marinating overnight in coconut cream, lemongrass, ginger and turmeric. Served with Asian slaw and Krysten’s Small-Batch Sambal.

The event is on Wednesday, November 11. Dinner seating starts from 6pm onwards and goes until late / sold out.
