One last pop-up… For this year at least!
I’m doing Malaysian food again, this time at Liquid Laundry on Wednesday, November 11.
If you missed the last pop-up and couldn’t get your hands on the Percik Chicken and Beef Rendang, I’ll be serving those again. Plus, I’ll be bringing back the Nasi Lemak and Belacan Fried Chicken from the Tomatito pop-up and the Eggplant Curry from Perch.
Also on the menu will be a Pork Belly Pizza, the pizza that started it all. I answered the call to join in a motley crew of chefs, editors, and F&B industry friends at Liquid Laundry’s last anniversary in June to create ‘zas for the party. One pizza, three pop-ups and a food festival later, I’m back to where it all began.

The event is on Wednesday, November 11. Dinner seating starts from 6pm onwards and goes until late / sold out.
Again, please book your table to guarantee your seat! And book an earlier seating to avoid disappointment.
