This is quite the momentous partnership, as this is the first time Stefan Stiller has crafted an afternoon tea set, and it is in lieu of the 8th anniversary of Bicester Village Shanghai.

Stop in at The Apartment, a new renovated VIP space at Bicester Village Shanghai, a cozy living room space designed to provide a momentary escape from your shopping spree and to reenergize with a glass of champagne.
From June 12 to July 5, The Apartment will be serving a Bicester-inspired afternoon tea set created by chef Stefan Stiller of Michelin three-star Taian Table.
The Bicester Garden Terrace Afternoon Tea (¥348 per person) presents an eight-piece set of canapés with beverages of artisanal coffee by Arabica or specialty tea by JING Tea.
The set includes four sweet canapés, three savory bites, and two kinds of scones with spreads.
For savory bites, there are two finger sandwiches of smoked salmon with chive cream cheese and cucumber with mustard seed, and a dip of creme fraiche miso with crudites.
Sweet canapés include lemon tarts, hazelnut eclairs, and raspberry mille feuille. The hazelnut eclair is rich and sinful, the lemon tart bright and energizing, and the mille feuille light yet laden with texture.
Finally, two different scones, plain and with raisins, served with clotted cream and strawberry jam.

Getting There
