Ginger Modern Asian Bistro is a long-standing dining destination offering a fusion of Asian flavors. Housed in a three-story terraced building, Ginger features a cozy interior with large picture windows that overlook greenery and a park — a tranquil setting away from the city’s hustle. The main dining area on the second floor opens onto a tree-shaded terrace, while the third floor offers additional seating suitable for larger groups.

The menu at Ginger is a reflection of owner Betty Ng’s Singaporean heritage, incorporating influences from Mediterranean, Moroccan, and Japanese cuisines. Signature dishes include the rich and flavorful Laksa, a curry coconut broth served with black tiger prawns, clams, fish cake, puffed tofu, and a hard-boiled egg. Other notable offerings are the Gochujang Braised New Zealand Short Rib, Spanish Iberico Pork Collar Satay, and Homemade Nigari Tofu.
