Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet

Portman’s Restaurant will be pulling out all the stops for Thanksgiving, serving a buffet spread on Thursday, November 27 from 5:30pm to 10pm.

Buffet highlights include the carving station, which will feature whole roasted turkey with traditional trimmings and sides of sage and onion stuffing, roasted heirloom baby potatoes, roasted heritage carrots, red wine sauce, bread sauce, and cranberry sauce.

In addition, the carving station will also have honey mustard baked ham, Hong Kong-style roasted pork belly, truffle roast duck, roasted prime rib, and Thai-style baked ocean trout.

The extensive buffet will also feature fresh sashimi of salmon, tuna, and yellowtail, as well as a tempura station. Premium seafood offerings of blue crab, cooked prawns, scallops, jade whelk, and clams will also be served on ice.

In addition, the buffet will include unlimited oysters, which will be shucked to order, served in a basket along with fresh lemon wedge and shallot mignonette.

Other buffet items include a salad bar, freshly baked breads, cheese, cold cuts, antipasti, western and Chinese hot and cold dishes, and dim sum.

As for dessert, there are more than a dozen options on offer, including festive favorites like Sacher cake, pumpkin pie, and cinnamon apple pie.
