Char Char Bistro is a steak and burger house in Jing’an. Expect straightforward, broad spectrum Western staples like grilled king crab legs, black truffle cheese fries, quesadillas, half a dozen burgers, beef tartare, and all manner of meats that are smoked, dry-aged, or roasted. It’s backed by a beef supplier, so expect good quality steak, mostly USDA. The space also has a quaint terrace that’s also dog-friendly.
