FuXing Bakery an all-day bakery and bistro by Sake-X Group (Sake Ichi, Ichi Roll, etc.), located on the ground floor of INS within Fuxing Park. The venue is cozy enough with a small outdoor seating area, a bright bakery display at the front, and a woody/darker toned dining room in the back. Baked goods include baguettes and loaves, cakes, pies, and egg tarts. A brunch-bistro menu runs during the day, and the evening features more bistro, less brunch. On the menu are burgers, sandwiches, salads, pastas, roasts, and steak. Y’know, the staples. But jazzed up a bit here and there.
