I rarely recommend vegetarian restaurants, but thi I rarely recommend vegetarian restaurants, but this one is worth shouting about! Salt-Less 淡盐 A creative restaurant in Shanghai’s Jing’an district that will change your perception about how tasty vegetarian food can be. As a carnivore, it really did impress. And contrary to its name, the food here is plenty flavorful. Also, if you’re allergic to shellfish, they do a vegetarian version of crab roe noodles that comes pretty close to the real thing.
