Located within a historic 1920s building at Bund 27, The House of Roosevelt, the Roosevelt Sky Bar and Restaurant boasts unobstructed views of the Bund and Lujiazui skyline. Terraces are located on both sides of the eight floor destination; half of the terrace is covered with a glasshouse, while the remaining deck extends outward with lounge seats and daybeds. The restaurant is a steakhouse with European cuisine, serving lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea. The Sky Bar, which is more of a club / private event space usually playing loud music. Go for a drink, maybe even tea, but don’t expect much in terms of value.
