Alimentari Grande

Alimentari is a Shanghai homegrown Italian restaurant and deli chain backed by one of the largest Italian food importers in China. It’s popular for its affordable Italian cold cuts, cheese, and deli items, as well as Italian staples like antipasti, house-made pasta, pizzas, and grilled meats. Brunch is served daily, a curated selection of the usual suspects, featuring avocado toast, salmon Benedict, poached eggs, pancakes, and more. Bottled cocktails, beer, and wine also served.

Interiors at Alimentari are pretty chic, plastered with Italian iconography. Multiple locations in Shanghai; menus and offerings are more or less the same with the smaller locations acting as a deli and cafe. Alimentari Grande is their flagship, popular for its cozy street-facing outdoor seats.
