Between Buns is back this Friday at Perch!
For the second time around, I’ll be hosting “Malaysian Food…Between Buns!” at Perch. It will be a combination of Malaysian food and one of my favorite forms of comfort food—sandwiches!

On The Menu
I’ll be making three sandwiches, stacking them with some Malaysian food goodness. Plus, there will be limited portions of crispy pork belly. If you missed the last one, here’s another chance.

Unlike the first run, I’ll be doubling up on the buns—two sliders per order—it’s easier to share! Each order also comes with a small side salad.

Beef rendang, potato crisps and pickles.

Curried eggplant, potato crisps and pickles.
This is vegetarian. (Egg-washed buns)

Belacan-marinated fried chicken, sambal, pickles, lettuce and tomato. This contains shrimp.

Crispy pork belly served a la carte with dijon mustard.

This is a casual event! If you want a guarantee on having a table, do book an early slot or come early. Perch has plenty of terrace seating and is also dog-friendly—furbabies are welcome.
