EperKitchen — Ready To Eat

In 2020, they launched EperKitchen, a central kitchen facility that produces ready-to-eat and prepared food. It’s located alongside Brasserie, their French family restaurant in Qingpu, Shanghai. Epermarket also runs a farm, which is located nearby.

EperKitchen is where they create hassle-free ready-to-eat dishes, delivered fresh or fresh-frozen for time-strapped home diners. The selection is boundless, ranging from fancy feasting of foie gras and pâtés to party trays of lasagna to a myriad of dips. EperKitchen also offers catering services.

Epermarket also has a number of apero and dip platters, a delicious range from vegetarian dips to cold cuts and cheese, perfect for hassle-free house parties.
