Blossom (瑰禧) is a casual Chaoshan and Cantonese restaurant located on the upper floors of Plaza 66 in Jing’an. Operated by the same group behind Michelin one-star Amazing Chinese Cuisine, the restaurant offers a more approachable and affordable dining experience while retaining many signature flavors of its sister restaurant. The space is cozy, well-appointed, and designed to block out the mall’s glare, with space for a few private rooms. Signature dishes include Steamed East Sea Grouper with Pickled Mustard Greens, Chiu Chow Beef Offal Pot, Crab with Sweet Potato Noodles, and Stir-Fried Rice with Chiu Chow Preserved Radish.
