Bulloman Korean Restaurant

Korean restaurant Bulloman has been operating at Shanghai’s K-Town in Gubei district since 2004. It specializes in Korean fried chicken, available with a dozen different sauces, alongside other Korean dishes like army stew.

The fried chicken can be ordered in original, half, or whole portions, and a whole chicken can be prepared half-and-half with two different sauces. Signature flavors include original, spicy Korean-style, butter garlic, sweet and spicy, and “sweet cheese.” The menu also extends to a range of Korean staples, including noodles, gochujang stir-fried rice cakes, Army Stew, and bubbling pots of cheesy corn.
