Helmed by Chongqing-native Chef Li Tianyi, whose CV includes time at Spain’s renowned Martin Berasategui and Santceloni, the restaurant is the product of eight years of refined technique learned in Michelin-starred Spanish kitchens. This unique background informs a menu that thoughtfully merges the fiery, complex flavors of Sichuan cuisine with the bright, technical finesse of Spanish gastronomy.
