Da Vittorio Shanghai
Da Vittorio Shanghai is an Italian fine dining restaurant. It is the first venture outside Europe by the renowned Italian Cerea family.
The restaurant’s interior design pays tribute to mid-century modern aesthetics through simplicity and a pared-down palette. The main dining room features 14 tables and 40 seats, creating an intimate and chic atmosphere. In addition to the main dining room, guests have access to four connectable private dining rooms and one large banquet room with 16 seats.
In the kitchen is Chef Stefan Bacchelli, who has worked with the Cerea family for more than a decade. Signature dishes include the Paccheri alla Vittorio and the Egg “a la egg”. Some dishes even draw from Chinese flavors, including an interpretation with fish maw and pasta, as well as yellow croaker.
Da Vittorio Shanghai currently holds two Michelin stars.
