Fangdu Hotpot

From the team behind Blaz and Babar comes Fangdu Hotpot. Located on the second floor of the 20 Donghu Lu villa, the sleek space boasts a 40-seat main dining room, two balcony tables, and two private rooms, accommodating up to 10 and 16 guests respectively.

The restaurant specializes in Cantonese-style hotpot with six distinct broths. A thoughtful highlight: guests receive small shooters of each broth to sample before making their selection. A Guangdong chef leads the kitchen, placing a strong emphasis on seafood, including a live tank for the catch of the day, alongside classic hotpot offerings and regional Chinese appetizers.
