Kyu-Hai
Kyu-Hai (玖杯) is a small Japanese restaurant serving up chicken broth ramen, izakaya bites, and yakitori. It’s operated by chef Haijme Hujita, previously based in Shenzhen. The signature chicken broth ramen (shio or shoyu) is one of the cleanest tasting broths I’ve had in a while. The space is small, but they do have an outdoor seating area.
