Nautical-themed The Captain is a (slightly) cheaper alternative to the Bund-side rooftop bars. It boasts an L-shaped terrace that extends out into a large seating area with the Bund as the backdrop. It also has three private rooms. Like its sister venue The Fellas Terrace, it’s also popular with Shanghai residents. In addition to signature cocktails, The Captain also does food, and serves a menu of globally influenced dishes, as well as free-flow brunch on weekends. Daily specials include buy-one-get-one drinks on weekdays from 2-5pm and Pizza Mondays, a pizza and two beers for ¥98.
