Bonus on Wulumuqi Zhong Lu holds legendary status as one of Shanghai’s original creative/artisanal ice cream pioneers – in fact, it’s likely the first proper ice cream shop to have opened on Ice Cream Street, making it the neighborhood’s longest-standing parlor. They do bold combinations. Their most famous flavor is the salted egg yolk. Flavors rotate and may include: jasmine tea, osmanthus litchi and barley, lavender and white chocolate, salted caramel, and yuzu. Some are alcoholic and some are dairy-free.
