Lai Lai Lai (来来来) is a casual Thai restaurant in Jing’an, Shanghai, founded by chef Luke Guo (郭训斌), a contestant on China’s hit culinary competition The Divine Dish (一饭封神). To develop the menu, Luke frequently revisits Thailand to source and research dishes suited to the Shanghai market. The selection includes classics like pork larb, Tom Yum, and grilled seafood served with distinctly Thai sauces. Hailing from Jiangxi, Luke also serves up a few dishes inspired by his hometown. As for the space, it’s rather cozy, packing in tables like a Thai street stall.
