Saigon Mama (Shanghai Centre)

Saigon Mama is a homegrown Vietnamese restaurant chain that serves up solid bowls of pho (fresh beef broths made in house at all locations), excellent banh mi sandwiches, and bun cha. Nearly a dozen locations in Shanghai. Get the classic pho, paired with beef brisket, thinly sliced raw beef poached in the piping hot soup, and beef meatballs.

The restaurants are casual but with modern accents, rather hip and trendy actually. This their first location in Shanghai, and they also have locations at Grand Gateway, Jiuguang City Plaza, Raffles City People’s Square, etc.
